Anika Dutton CBT therapy
Helping you move beyond anxiety, overwhelm, and self-doubt.
Evidence-based CBT to support lasting calm, clarity, and confidence
About Me
Welcome
I'm Anika Dutton, a BABCP-accredited CBT therapist based in Stroud, Gloucestershire, offering specialist support for women struggling with anxiety, ADHD, low self-esteem, and burnout.
I provide a safe, supportive space to explore the challenges holding you back—whether it's racing thoughts, emotional overwhelm, people-pleasing, or feeling stuck in patterns of self-doubt. My approach blends Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) with mindfulness and self-compassion practices to help you build confidence, clarity, and resilience.
Sessions are available in-person in Stroud or online across the UK.
What I Can Help You With
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) for Anxiety, Depression, ADHD & More
As a BABCP-accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, I offer evidence-based therapy to help you understand how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviours are connected—and how to make practical, lasting changes.
CBT is highly effective for a wide range of mental health concerns, including:
Anxiety disorders – including generalised anxiety, panic attacks, social anxiety, and phobias
Depression – low mood, lack of motivation, hopelessness, and persistent self-criticism
ADHD in adults – support with focus, organisation, emotional regulation, and low self-esteem related to ADHD
Low self-esteem – chronic self-doubt, fear of failure, people-pleasing, and negative self-image
Stress & burnout – difficulty relaxing, overwhelm, perfectionism, and work-related stress
OCD (Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder) – intrusive thoughts, compulsions, rituals, and reassurance-seeking
PTSD and trauma – flashbacks, hypervigilance, avoidance, and unresolved trauma
Chronic illness & health anxiety – emotional impact of long-term conditions and fear about health
I work with adults who are ready to explore the root causes of their difficulties and build new tools for resilience, clarity, and confidence. Whether you’re struggling with overthinking, emotional exhaustion, or a long-term pattern that’s holding you back, CBT can help.
